摘 要:通过总结液化石油气(LPG)的固有危险性和泄漏事故类型,利用PHAST软件对某LPG罐车泄漏爆炸事故进行后果模拟分析。模拟结果表明:LPG罐车卸料管泄漏爆炸超压后果能够较好的反映爆炸中心实际破坏情况,但无法达到事故报道中320~500 m的建筑物破坏程度;LPG罐车完全破裂模拟事故后果与实际事故破坏程度相比仍偏小,这与该起事故爆炸碎片击中周边储罐引发的多米诺效应密切相关。通过PHAST软件再现该起LPG罐车爆炸事故的初期过程,能够为危险化学品泄漏爆炸事故的安全管理、事故调查及事故后果反演提供帮助。The inherent hazards of LPG and the types of leakage accidents were summarized,then the simulation analysis of the consequences about a leak explosion accident of an LPG tanker was carried out by using PHAST software.The simulation results show that the leak explosion overpressure consequences of the discharge pipe on the LPG tank truck can better reflect the actual damage of the explosion center,but it cannot reach the damage level of the building within the range of 320 m to 500 m in the accident report;the simulated consequences of the LPG tank truck complete rupture are still smaller compared with the actual damage degree of the accident,which is closely related to the Domino effect caused by the explosion fragments hitting the surrounding storage tanks.Therefore,the PHAST software effectively reproduced the initial process of the LPG tank truck leak explosion accident,which can provide help for the safety management,accident investigation and accident consequence inversion of the hazardous chemical leakage and explosion accidents.
