输水建筑物淡水壳菜防治中试设计及效果分析

摘  要:淡水壳菜大量生长并附着于输水建筑物混凝土过水面,会分泌腐蚀混凝土表面,使得有效管径缩减,糙率增大,输水能力大大降低,增大工程运行成本。该文根据某输水工程所受污损淡水壳菜侵蚀的实际情况,对4种防护涂料进行了现场试验,选取防护效果最好的涂料开展了工程中试。中试结果表明,施工后的反虹涵内壁光滑,表面反光,通水运行1 a后,完全没有淡水壳菜附着,防护效果好。Freshwater shellfish grows in large quantities and adheres to the concrete surface of the water conveyance structure,which will secrete and corrode the concrete surface.It will reduce the effective pipe diameter and increase the roughness,which greatly reduces the water conveyance capacity and increases the operation cost of the project.In this paper,according to the actual situation of the erosion of contaminated freshwater shellfish in a water delivery project,field tests were carried out on 4 kinds of protective coatings,and the project with the best protective effect was selected for the pilot project.The pilot test results show that the inner wall of the anti-rainbow culvert after construction is smooth and the surface is reflective.After running with water for one year,there was no obvious freshwater shellfish attachment,and the protective effect was very good.
