摘 要:针对传统土石坝安全评价大多以定性的方式确定安全类别的局限,在构建与现行评价标准一致的评价体系的基础上,通过引入自然指数标度对传统AHP方法进行改进,得到评价指标的主观权重,然后利用熵权法计算专家意见权重,并进行权重组合优化。群组决策中,以专家评分为基础,采用熵权法和算术平均法分别计算得到专家群组决策的综合得分,获得定量化的安全评价结果,以锁定影响土石坝安全的关键因素,为土石坝安全评价和除险加固提供依据。In view of the limitation that the traditional safety evaluation of embankment dam mostly determines the safety category qualitatively,on the basis of constructing the evaluation system consistent with the current evaluation criteria,the traditional AHP method was improved by introducing natural index scale to obtain the subjective weight of the evaluation index,and then the entropy method was used to calculate the expert opinion weight and optimize the weight combination.?In the group decision-making,based on the expert score,the comprehensive score of the expert group decision-making was calculated by entropy weight method and arithmetic average method respectively,and the quantitative safety evaluation results were obtained in order to lock out the key factors affecting the embankment dam safety,to provide a basis for safety evaluation and reinforcement of embankment dam.
