城市大脑数据中心内生数据安全防护研究

摘　　要：城市大脑在智慧城市中作为指挥控制中心,是整个城市的中枢神经,其中起决定性支配作用的是来自各个角落、各行各业的城市数据,犹如“脑髓”,蕴藏着巨大的能量,存在着很大的价值。利用好城市数据是城市大脑服务民生社会的基础,但城市数据不能肆意使用共享,不能变成不法分子利用城市大脑搞破坏的“自留地”。本文针对数据安全本质特性研究,针对数据中心数据安全创新地提出了从数据内容开展内生安全管理与防护,从数据泄露发生的渠道与内容入手研究,在城市大脑数据中心安全防护的体系化建设中,具有比较重要的指导与实战意义。As a command and control center in a smart city,the city brain is the central nerve of the city.The city data from all corners and all walks of life play a decisive role,just like the“brain”,which contains huge energy and has great value.Making good use of city data is the basis for“city brain”to serve people’s livelihood and society,but city data should not be arbitrarily used and shared,and should not be turned into“private land”for criminals to use“city brain”to destroy.The paper study the nature of data security,data center security innovation proposed the content from the data to carry out the endogenous safety management and protection,from the data reveal that the channel and content of research,in the center of the“city of mind”data security protectionof systematic construction,has the important guiding and practical significance.
