摘 要:为探讨四磨汤联合金双歧不同剂量对食积小鼠胃肠动力及肠道菌群的影响,将50只小鼠随机分为5组(空白组、模型组、四磨汤组、联合用药低剂量组、联合用药高剂量组),除空白组外,各组饲喂高营养饲料7 d,建立食积模型。造模结束后,空白组、模型组给水,给药组继续给药治疗7 d。采集胃内容物、小肠、粪便、血液,分析药物对小鼠胃排空和小肠推进的作用、对血清中胃泌素和一氧化氮(NO)分泌的影响、对小鼠肠道微生物菌群的调节作用。结果表明:给药组均能显著促进胃排空和肠推进,其中联合用药高剂量组极显著促进胃排空;联合用药高剂量组能极显著促进血清中胃泌素分泌;四磨汤组、联合用药低、高剂量组对血清中NO水平能产生极显著抑制;给药组粪便中双歧杆菌、乳酸菌含量有显著性升高,其中联合用药高剂量组极显著升高;只有联合用药高剂量组粪便中肠杆菌和肠球菌被显著抑制。综上而言,联合用药低、高剂量组均能明显的改善小鼠胃肠动力功能,其中高剂量组效果优于低剂量组,其药理作用与四磨汤配合高剂量金双歧促进血清中胃泌素分泌、抑制血清中NO水平、改善肠道益生菌数量有关。In order to investigate the effects of different doses of Simo decoction combined with gold bifidum on gastrointestinal motility and intestinal flora in mice with food accumulation, mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, Simo decoction group, combined low-dose group and combined high-dose group, and a mouse food accumulation model was established. The drug group was given corresponding drugs for treatment. Relevant samples were collected for experimental analysis. The results showed that gastric residual rate and small intestine propulsion rate were significantly reduced in each administration group(P<0.05), and the difference was especially significant in the high-dose combination group(P<0.01). The high-dose combination group had significant effects on gastrin, NO, bifidobacterium and lactic acid bacteria in feces(P<0.01).Simo decoction group, the low dose combination and the high dose combination group had a significant effect on NO(P<0.01). The fecal contents of bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria in the treatment group were significantly increased, especially in the high-dose combination group(P<0.01). Enterobacteria and enterococcus were significantly inhibited only in the high-dose group(P<0.05). To sum up, the combination of low and high doses can significantly improve gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in mice, and the high dose group was better than the low dose group, the pharmacological action of Simotang combined with high-dose gold bifidobacterium regulated the concentration of Gastrin and NO and improved the quantity of probiotics in intestinal tract.
