摘  要:桃叶缘斑病是2018年广西地区出现的一种新病害,针对其病原芦苇节菱孢(Arthrinium arundinis)的菌丝生长和产孢生物学特性进行研究。结果表明:在试验条件下,桃叶缘斑病菌菌丝生长和产孢的最适条件不同,病菌菌丝在燕麦培养基、25℃、pH 5.0~7.0及每天12 h光照条件下生长最快;菌丝生长最适碳源为淀粉,最适氮源为牛肉浸膏,61℃处理10 min菌丝死亡。病菌产孢最适条件为察氏培养基、28℃、pH 6.0及每天12 h光照;产孢最适碳源为甘露醇,最适氮源为硝酸钾。而菌丝损伤处理和变温培养更易诱导病菌产孢。这一研究提示营养、温度、pH、光照周期等环境条件对桃叶缘斑病菌的菌丝生长和产孢有显著的影响。Peach leaf edge spot is a new disease in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China in 2018. The biological characteristics of the pathogen Arthrinium arundinis was studied in order to provide the basis for further study and control of this disease. The results showed that the optimal conditions for mycelial growth and sporulation of A.arundinis were different. The mycelial growth was fastest under the conditions of oat meal agar medium, 25 ℃, pH 5.0-7.0 and 12 h·d^(-1) light. The optimal carbon source for mycelial growth was starch, and nitrogen source was beef extract. The lethal condition of hyphae of A.arundinis was 61 ℃ for 10 min. The optimal conditions for the sporulation of A.arundinis were Czapek medium, 28 ℃, pH 6.0 and 12 h·d^(-1) light. The optimal carbon source for sporulation was mannitol and the nitrogen source was potassium nitrate. The damage treatment of mycelia and temperature-changing culture were more likely to induce the sporulation of A.arundinis. Therefore, nutrient, temperature, pH, photoperiod and other environmental conditions have significantly different effects on the mycelial growth and sporulation of A.arundinis.
