摘  要:文章针对一种T300复合材料翼面蜂窝夹层壁板,通过生产试制对产品的厚度公差进行分析,并分区域确定壁板的厚度公差。在壁板厚度公差确定后,开展相应的试验规划和试验分析验证,并最终确定壁板厚度公差设计合理,满足结构强度要求。文章通过复合材料设计和制造一体化技术,合理设计了翼面蜂窝夹层壁板的厚度公差。This paper is directed to a composite material wing surface T300 honeycomb sandwich panel,and based on trial product thickness data and tolerance analysis,determines the different areas thickness tolerance of the panel.After the panel thickness tolerance is determined,the corresponding test planning and test analysis verification are carried out,and it is finally determined that the panel thickness tolerance design is reasonable and meets the structural strength requirements.In this paper,the thickness tolerance of the honeycomb sandwich panel is designed through the integrated technology of composite structure design and manufacturing.
