摘　　要：文章介绍了我国公共图书馆立法的历程及必要性,阐述了美、英、韩、日等国家的立法概况,据此对国外公共图书馆立法进行了立法特点、法律体系及法律内容等三方面的对比,为我国公共图书馆的立法提供了可借鉴的经验。This paper introduces the course and necessity of the legislation of public libraries in China,and expounds the general situation of legislation in the USA,the UK,South Korea,Japan and other countries.Based on this,it compares the legislation characteristics,legal system and legal content of the legislation of foreign public libraries,which provides reference for the legislation of public libraries in China.
