摘　　要：文章对NSTL新疆兵团服务站建站以来近10年的发展进行了简述,从NSTL新疆兵团服务站的建站背景、文献传递现状分析、特色服务模式3各方面介绍了该服务站的详细情况。通过对NSTL新疆兵团服务站10年间发展建设中存在的问题进行思考,提出新形势下文献传递服务的3点工作思路,即“加大补贴发放、持续向南发展”“创新推广方式、加大宣传力度”“紧跟用户需求、提高服务能力”。This article briefly describes the development of the NSTL(National Science and Technology Library)Xinjiang Corps Service Station in the past ten years since its establishment.It introduces the details of the service station from the background of the NSTL Xinjiang Corps Service Station,the analysis of the current situation of document delivery,and the characteristic service model.Through thinking about the problems existing in the development and construction of the NSTL Xinjiang Corps Service Station in the past ten years,three working solutions for document delivery services under the new situation are proposed,including“increasing subsidies and continuing to develop southward”“innovating promotion methods and increasing publicity”and“following user needs and improving service capabilities”.
