中等收入群体与橄榄型收入格局的结构演化——基于推动共同富裕的研究背景

摘　　要：将"橄榄型"收入格局扩展到高维空间,从收入结构的角度出发,通过双变量Plackett copula的三变量Vine copula函数拟合多维联合收入分布,测度中等收入群体的界限、规模、空间形状,并从支柱性、支撑性和抑制性角度出发,探讨高维立体"橄榄核"理想格局的收入维度,给出扩大中等收入群体,促进共同富裕的有效途径。研究发现:我国中等收入群体规模的界定标准为中位数67%~200%区间,城镇为中位数60%~225%区间,农村更倾向于中位数50%~150%区间;城镇和农村居民对中等收入群体上限和下限的敏感程度存在差异;中等收入群体的收入分布趋近于"枣核"的空间形状,其中,工资性收入属于支柱性维度,转移性收入是支撑性维度,而资本性收入是"橄榄核"理想格局的抑制性维度。This paper extended the "olive nucleus " income pattern to high-dimensional space. Based on the perspective of income structure, the paper fit multi-dimensional joint income distribution with the three-variable Vine copula function of two-variable Plackett copula, then calculated the boundaries, sizes and space shape of middle-income group, and discussed the income dimensions of high-dimensional stereoscopic "olive nucleus" ideal pattern from the pillar, supportive and inhibitive perspectives. And the paper finally proposed the effective paths of expanding the size of middle-income group and promoting common prosperity. This study found that, the criteria for defining middle-income group in China was the median 67%-200%, which was the median 60%-225% in urban areas and the median 50%-150% in rural areas. Besides, both urban and rural middle-income groups had different sensitivity to the lower limit and the upper limit. Moreover, the income distribution of middle-income group showed a "jujube nucleus" spatial shape, in which wage income belonged to pillar dimension, and transfer income belonged to supportive dimension, while capital income was the inhibitory dimension of the ideal pattern of "olive nucleus".
