全国15省市住院精神科患者保护性约束的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查精神科患者保护性约束的实施现状。方法2019年3—5月,采用自行编制的精神科保护性约束调查问卷对15个省市2101例在精神专科医疗机构住院期间经历过至少1次保护性约束的患者进行调查,分析精神科患者保护性约束现状。结果共发放问卷2101份,回收有效问卷1897份。1897例患者约束时长为3(1,8)h,约束时长最短1 h,最长72 h。不同性别、所在医院、婚姻状况、入院第一诊断、有无自伤史的患者约束时长比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床急需建立一套规范约束程序,防止约束的不合理使用。Objective To investigate the implementation status of protective restraints for psychiatric patients.Methods The self-developed psychiatric protective restraint questionnaire was used to investigate 2101 patients who had experienced at least one protective restraint during hospitalization in psychiatric institutions in 15 provinces and cities from March to May 2019 to analyze the current status of protective restraint of psychiatric patients.Results A total of 2101 questionnaires were distributed and 1897 valid questionnaires were returned.The duration of constraint of 1897 patients was 3(1,8)h,with the shortest duration of 1 h and the longest duration of 72 h.There were statistically significant differences in duration of restraint for patients with different genders,hospitals,marital status,first diagnosis on admission and history of self-harm or commit suicide(P<0.05).Conclusions There is an urgent need to establish a set of standardized restraint procedures in clinical practice to prevent unreasonable use of restraints.
