摘  要:为提高屏蔽式主泵惰转能力,解决设置重金属飞轮导致的主泵性能下降和可靠性降低问题,提出了适用于屏蔽泵的电磁提升技术,通过电磁提升方案论证、电磁设计和屏蔽式主泵内置电磁提升装置结构设计,获得了主泵电磁提升设计方法,并开展了电磁提升力验证和主泵惰转试验研究。研究结果表明,电磁提升装置可内置于屏蔽式主泵,施加电磁提升力有效地降低了轴系摩擦阻力,延长了惰转时间,提高了主泵非能动安全性。因此,本研究提出的电磁提升技术能够用于屏蔽式主泵研发和设计改进。In order to improve the stopping behavior of canned main pump and solve the problems of performance and reliability degradation caused by setting metallic flywheel,this paper proposes the research on electromagnetic lifting technology of canned main pump.Through the demonstration of electromagnetic lifting scheme as well as the electromagnetic design and structure design of electromagnetic lifting device built in the pump,the design method of electromagnetic lifting is obtained,and the verification of electromagnetic lifting force and the research on stopping behavior test of main pump are carried out.The results show that the electromagnetic lifting device can be installed inside the canned main pump.Besides,the application of electromagnetic lifting force can effectively reduce the shafting friction resistance,extend the idle time and improve the passive safety of main pump.Therefore,the electromagnetic lifting technology proposed in this paper can be used to develop and improve the design of the canned main pump.
