摘　　要：目的评价微信用于提升医药卫生科技项目查新咨询服务的作用。方法选择2020年3月~6月来本所查新机构办理地市级医学科学立项的查新用户100名,根据是否加入本所查新机构的微信管理分为微信组和对照组,每组50名。对照组进行常规管理,微信组进行微信管理,比较两组出具查新报告时间、查新知晓率、提前查新率、对查新机构的满意率、对查新人员的满意率及对查新报告的满意率。结果对微信组出具查新报告时间短于对照组[(14.50±3.20)d vs(22.40±4.60)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);微信组查新知晓率、提前查新率、对查新机构的满意率和对查新人员的满意率分别为100.00%、98.00%、100.00%和100.00%,高于对照组的80.00%、72.00%、92.00%和94.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);微信组和对照组对查新报告的满意率分别为98.00%、96.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将微信用于医药卫生科技项目查新咨询服务中,可提高查新效率,改善查新用户对查新机构和查新人员的满意程度,从而提升服务效果。Objective To evaluate the role of WeChat in improving the novelty search and consulting services of medical and health science and technology projects.Methods A total of 100 new search users who came to our new search institution for prefecture-level medical science project approval from March to June 2020 were selected.According to whether they joined the WeChat management of the new search institution of this institution,they were divided into a WeChat group and a control group.Each group 50 people.The control group was routinely managed,and the WeChat group was managed by WeChat.The two groups compared the time for issuing new search reports,the rate of new search awareness,the rate of early new search,the satisfaction rate of new search institutions,the satisfaction rate of new search personnel,and the new search.Reported satisfaction rate.Results The time for issuing new search reports in the WeChat group was shorter than that in the control group[(14.50±3.20)d vs(22.40±4.60)d],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The awareness rate of novelty retrieval,the rate of advance retrieval,the satisfaction rate of new retrieval agencies and the satisfaction rate of new retrieval personnel in the WeChat group were 100.00%,98.00%,100.00%and 100.00%,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group of 80.00%and 72.00%,92.00%and 94.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction rates of the WeChat group and the control group for novelty search reports were 98.00%and 96.00%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of WeChat in medical and health science and technology project novelty search consulting services can improve the efficiency of novelty search,improve the degree of satisfaction of novelty search users with novelty search institutions and personnel,thereby enhancing service effects.
