摘 要:为考察不同营养元素对草莓品质的影响,开展了大棚草莓喷施不同类型水溶肥料的试验,试验共设喷施大量元素水溶肥料、喷施中量元素水溶肥料、喷施微量元素水溶肥料、喷施等量清水等4个处理。结果表明:在花期和结果期喷施大、中、微量元素水溶肥料均能提高草莓果实品质;由于供试土壤有效硼、交换性钙和交换性镁含量偏低,喷施中量元素水溶肥料整体效果较好;喷施高钾型大量元素水溶肥料有利于提高草莓的可溶性糖含量,并优化糖酸比;喷施微量元素水溶肥料对提高草莓中抗氧化活性物质含量有更好的效果。In order to investigate the effect of different nutrient elements on strawberry quality, experiment on spraying different types of water-soluble fertilizers on strawberries in greenhouses is being carried out. The experiment set up four treatments: spraying macro element water-soluble fertilizer treatment, spraying medium element water-soluble fertilizer treatment, spraying trace element water-soluble fertilizer treatment, and spraying equal amount of clean water treatment. The results turn out that spraying macro, medium, and trace element water-soluble fertilizers during the flowering stage and fruiting stage can improve the quality of strawberry fruits;due to the low content of available boron, exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium in the tested soil, spraying medium element water-soluble fertilizers, can overall obtain better results;spraying high-potassium macro element water-soluble fertilizers is beneficial to increase the soluble sugar content inside strawberries and optimize the sugar-acid ratio;spraying trace element water-soluble fertilizers has positive effect on increasing the content of antioxidant active substances in strawberries.
