摘  要:在流化床尿素造粒装置出现故障或定期清洗造粒机时,蒸发循环后的尿液只能送至尿液储槽中,由于尿素溶液被反复加热提浓且停留时间较长,在流化床尿素造粒装置恢复生产后,导致成品中缩二脲含量超标。在尿液循环管线上增设1条副线,蒸发循环返回的尿液与正常生产的尿液分别存放,同时对相关的工艺指标进行调整,使成品中缩二脲含量得到了有效控制。During the fluidized bed urea granulator is being malfunctioned or being cleaned regularly, the urea solution after the evaporation cycle can only be sent to the urea solution storage tank. Since the urea solution is repeatedly heated and concentrated and the residence time is relatively long, the biuret content in the product exceeds the standard after the fluidized bed urea granulation device resumes production. A secondary line is added to the urea solution circulation line so that the urea solution after the evaporation cycle can be stored separately from the normally produced urea solution. Meanwhile the relevant process indicators are adjusted, so that the biuret content in the finished product is effectively controlled.
