摘 要:针对青海尕斯E31油藏高温和高矿化度的特点,研制出高效、低成本耐温抗盐驱油表面活性剂RTS。通过表面活性剂的界面活性、静态吸附性能以及对采出液破乳脱水影响的研究表明,RTS耐温抗盐表面活性剂能够较好地满足尕斯E31油藏驱油的要求。室内岩心驱替实验结果表明,当RTS表面活性剂的质量分数为0.3%,RTS表面活性剂驱比水驱提高采收率10%以上。注入RTS表面活性剂的现场试验结果表明,2个井组对应9口油井中5口油井明显见效,日增油14.16t,累计增油近1900t,增油效果明显。According to the characteristics of high temperature and high salinity in Gasi E31 reservoir in Qinghai, an efficient, low-cost temperature-resistant and salt-resistant oil displacement surfactant RTS was developed.The research on the surfactant’s interfacial activity, static adsorption performance and its influence on demulsification of produced fluid showed that RTS temperature-resistant and salt-resistant surfactant could better meet the requirements of oil displacement in Gasi E31 reservoir.Laboratory core displacement experiment results showed that when the concentration of RTS surfactant was 0.3%,RTS surfactant flooding improved oil displacement efficiency by more than 10% compared with water flooding.The field test results of injecting RTS surfactant showed that 5 of the 9 oil wells corresponding to the two well groups had obvious effects, increasing oil by 14.16 tons per day and accumulating oil by nearly 1900 tons, with obvious effect of increasing oil.
