摘  要:随着油田高强度注水开发持续进行,油田非均质性越来越强,注入水突进、无效循环情况加剧,调剖堵水技术是解决常规油田高含水问题的有效技术之一。在低温高盐油藏方向,调堵技术研究较少。针对这个问题,研制了一种适于低温高盐油藏的以聚丙烯酰胺为主剂的冻胶体系。考察了聚合物质量分数、交联剂质量分数以及矿化度等因素对体系性能的影响。结果表明:室内实验条件下,该体系在50℃成胶时间可调,成胶强度可调,耐盐100000mg/L;同时,该体系具有良好的注入性,封堵率达91%以上,封堵性能较好。With continuous development of high-intensity waterflooding development in offshore oilfield, oilfield heterogeneity was getting worse and worse, injection of water inrushes and invalid circulation were serious.Profile control and water plugging was one of the effective technologies to solve the problem of high water cut in offshore oil fields.However, in the direction of low temperature and high salinity reservoirs, the research of plugging control technology was less.To solve this problem, a gel system with polyacrylamide as the main agent for low temperature and high salinity reservoirs was studied.The effects of the mass fraction of the polymer, the mass fraction of the crosslinking agent and salinity on the properties of the system were investigated.Experimental results showed that gelation time and the gelation strength of the gel system were adjustable.At 100000 mg/L salinity, the gel system could form gel of high strength.The system also had good injectivity and good sealing ability whose plugging rate was above 91%.
