摘  要:目的:构建层级式中医药人才临床能力评价指标体系。方法:运用米勒临床医师能力金字塔理论,综合文献研究、岗位分析及数据挖掘的研究结果,采用德尔菲法构建不同层级中医药人才临床能力评价指标体系。结果:经两轮专家咨询,构建了包括4个一级指标、12个二级指标、30个三级指标的层级式中医药人才临床能力评价指标,并确定了各评价指标的评价方法、评价方式、评价工具及应用领域。结论:中医药人才临床能力评价指标体系符合中医药人才成长规律,为我国中医药人才评价和队伍建设提供了借鉴和启示。Objective To construct a hierarchical evaluation index system of clinical ability of TCM talents.Methods Applying Miller’s pyramid theory of clinician ability,combining the research results of literature research,position analysis and data mining,this paper uses Delphi method to construct the Evaluation Index system of Clinical ability of TCM talents at different levels.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,a hierarchical evaluation index of clinical ability of TCM talents was constructed,including 4 first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes and 30 third-level indicators.and determine the evaluation methods,evaluation methods,evaluation tools and application fields of each evaluation index.Conclusion The evaluation index system of clinical ability of TCM talents is in line with the growth law of TCM talents,which provides reference and inspiration for the talent evaluation and team construction of TCM in our country.
