基于InCites和ESI的甘肃省高校科研竞争力分析

摘　　要：科研竞争力作为高校的核心竞争力,支撑和推动双一流建设进程。基于InCites和ESI数据库,以甘肃省入选ESI排名的高水平建设大学为研究对象,从科研生产力、科研影响力、科研创新力、科研发展力4个一级指标和13个二级指标构建高校科研竞争力指标体系,客观分析了甘肃省高校科研发展状况及与世界其他ESI机构之间的发展差距,为甘肃省双一流建设提供客观的数据支持和决策参考。Research competitiveness is the core competitiveness of universities,which supports and improves the process of double first-class construction.Based on InCites and ESI databases,this paper takes all universities which entered the ESI ranking in Gansu Province as research objects,constructs the research competitiveness evaluation system by selecting 4 first level indicators including research productivity,influence,innovation,development,and 13 secondary level indicators,and objectively analyzes the development situation of scientific research in Gansu Province and the development gap between universities in Gansu Province and other ESI institutions in the world so as to provide the objective data support and decision-making basis for the double first-class construction in Gansu Province.
