摘 要:茶托作为饮茶时的辅助物,虽不起眼,但一直伴随着饮茶历史延续至今。学界目前对茶托的研究主要聚焦于区分其作为茶具和酒具的使用,而对其本身随着饮茶法流变、使用功能的增加,导致自身形制变化的论述着墨较少。本文重点论述唐至清饮茶法流变对茶托形制的影响和茶托功能性的变化,通过地上文献资料和考古发现进行梳理,经研究发现:茶托至今留存于茶具中的原因与其贴合饮茶所需、装饰性与实用性的平衡密不可分,并由此总结出一些对当代茶具设计的启示、探索。The tea saucer,as an auxiliary for drinking tea,is unremarkable,but it has been accompanied by the history of drinking tea to this day.The current research on the tea saucer in the academic circle mainly focuses on distinguishing its use for tea and liquor,and less discussion has been made on its own shape changes with the evolution of tea drinking methods and the increase of its functions.This article explores the influence of tea drinking method evolution from the Tang to Qing Dynasty on the shape and changes in saucers'functions.Through combing the above-ground literature and archaeological findings,it is found that the reason why the tea saucer is counted as a kind of tea sets is that it is closely related to the balance between decoration and practicality.Some enlightenment and exploration for contemporary tea set design are summarized.
