近代中国茶馆中存在的问题研究

摘　　要：近代茶馆业发展十分迅速,茶馆逐渐成为百姓日常生活的重要组成部分。茶馆与赌博结缘于宋朝,直至晚清,全国各地茶馆内开场聚赌已是社会上普遍的现象。茶馆内赌博皆属小赌、私赌一类,其流行于全国,主要有以下几点原因:第一,赌博是中国传统社会中固有陋习的延续;第二,茶馆可以作为赌场的替代场所;第三,茶馆社会功能完备,兼营性强;第四,茶馆自身具有一定隐蔽性,可以掩人耳目。政府认为茶馆内聚赌对社会经济、地方秩序以及社会风气产生恶劣影响,故而各省政府均对其采取严厉禁止的措施,以正社会风气,维护社会秩序。In modern times,the tea house industry developed rapidly,and tea houses gradually become an important part of people’s daily life.Tea houses became attached to gambling in Song Dynasty,and it was a common social phenomenon to start gambling in tea houses all over the country by the late Qing Dynasty.The scale of gambling in tea houses was small and private,which was popular all over the country for the following reasons:firstly,gambling was the continuation of bad habits inherent in traditional Chinese society;secondly,the tea house can be used as an alternative place to casinos;thirdly,tea houses had complete social functions and strong concurrent operation;fourthly,tea houses themselves had a certain degree of concealment,which could deceive the public.The government believed that gambling in tea houses had a bad influence on the social economy,local order and social atmosphere.Therefore,provincial governments had strict measures to prohibit gambling in tea houses in order to rectify the social atmosphere and maintain social order.
