摘　　要：南宋类书《类说》录有《茶录》一书,已有研究认为作者为蔡襄或曾慥,均误。通过其录文本身的"破绽",并与《绀珠集》所收《茶录》比较,可以确定其真正的作者是朱胜非。朱氏《茶录》作于绍兴五年至七年间,该书汇辑它书制茶、饮茶等方面术语,每一术语单独列为一个条目,在宋代茶书中别具一格,称得上中国历史上最早的一部茶文化辞典。Tea Records was recorded in Leishuo in the Southern Song Dynasty.Some studies have suggested that its author was Cai Xiang or Zeng Zao,both of which were mistaken.Through text analysis and comparison with the Tea Records collected in Ganzhu Collection,it can be confirmed that the real author was Zhu Shengfei.Zhu’s Tea Records,written in the fifth year of Shaoxing(1135 A.D.)to the seventh year,was a compilation of the terms of tea making and tea drinking.Each term was listed as a separate entry,making Tea Records unique among the tea books in the Song Dynasty,which is regarded as the earliest dictionary of tea culture in Chinese history.
