摘  要:以工业固废拜耳法赤泥、电解锰渣、钢渣为主要原料制备复合胶凝材料,研究各组分的最佳配比,在此基础上对拜耳法赤泥进行高温煅烧改性,确定最佳煅烧制度。采用DWS-51钠离子测试仪分析煅烧后拜耳法赤泥的碱溶出情况,借助X射线衍射(XRD)仪和扫描电镜(SEM)研究煅烧后拜耳法赤泥的矿物组成、复合胶凝材料水化产物的成分及形貌。结果表明,拜耳法赤泥、电解锰渣、钢渣质量比为1∶3∶2时,活性指数达到93.2%;拜耳法赤泥的煅烧温度为700℃时,可溶性碱的质量分数最大,为2.58%,改性拜耳法赤泥-电解锰渣-钢渣复合胶凝材料的活性指数达到108.1%,抗硫酸盐侵蚀系数为1.18;水化产物结构致密、Ca(OH)_(2)生成量少是复合胶凝材料抗蚀性较好的主要原因。The industrial solid wastes Bayer process red mud,electrolytic manganese slag and steel slag were used as the main raw materials to prepare composite cementitious materials,the optimal ratio was studied.On this basis,Bayer process red mud was calcined and modified at high temperature,and the best calcination system was determined.The alkali dissolution of Bayer red mud after calcination was analyzed by DWS-51 sodium ion tester.The mineral composition of the Bayer red mud after calcination and the composition and morphology of the hydration product of the composite cementitious material were studied by XRD and SEM.The results show that when the mass ratio of Bayer red mud,electrolytic manganese slag and steel slag is 1∶3∶2,the activity index reaches 93.2%.The mass content of soluble alkali reaches the maximum of 2.58%when the calcination temperature of Bayer red mud is 700℃and the activity index of the Bayer method red mud-electrolytic manganese slag-steel slag composite cement material reaches 108.1%,and the sulfate resistance coefficient is 1.18.It can be seen that the dense structure of the hydrated product and the small amount of Ca(OH)_(2) are the main reason for the better corrosion resistance of composite cementitious materials.
