摘 要:以偏高岭土、硅灰、水玻璃为原料,采用机械力活化研磨方式制备地聚物防除冰涂层。研究硅铝比对地聚物涂层硬度的影响。借助表面张力测定仪和扫描电镜(SEM)等表征地聚物涂层的疏水性能和微观结构特征。结果表明,当硅铝比为3.2,水固比为0.8,水玻璃模数为1.6时,地聚物涂层不开裂且7 d硬度为6 H。在此基础上,掺入适量纯丙乳液和含氢硅油,涂层的韧性和憎水性得到良好改善,接触角可达到147.71°。将未改性的涂层和疏水化改性后的涂层置于温度-20℃,风速10 m/s的风洞中5 min,疏水化改性涂层试样表面结冰较迟,且冰层更易去除。Geopolymer anti-icing coatings were prepared from metakaolin,silica fume and water glass by mechanical activation grinding.The effects of the silicon-aluminum ratio on the hardness of polymer coatings were studied.Furthermore,the hydrophobic properties and microstructure characteristics of the polymer coatings were studied using the surface tension tester and SEM analysis.The results show that the geopolymer coating did not crack and the hardness of polymer coating of 7 days was 6 H when the ratio of silicon to aluminum,the ratio of water to solid and the modulus of water glass were 3.2,0.8 and 1.6,respectively.Based on this research,adding a proper amount of pure acrylic emulsion and hydrogen-containing silicone oil,the toughness and hydrophobicity of the coating were improved significantly,and the contact angle could reach 147.71°.The original coating and the hydrophobic modified coating were placed for 5 min at a temperature of-20℃,wind speed of 10 m/s,the surface of hydrophobic modified coating frozen later and were easier to remove.
