摘  要:为了实现稳定的窄线宽高功率输出,设计了一种基于级联结构的铒镱共掺窄线宽光纤激光器,对其线宽和稳定性进行了详细讨论。激光器为两级放大结构,预放采用单包层掺铒光纤为增益介质,可起到降低最终输出自发辐射噪声的作用。主放采用铒镱共掺的双包层大模场光纤,可提高受激布里渊散射散射阈值。实验结果表明,激光经过不同放大后的稳定性几乎没有变化,由于激光器中的弛豫振荡和自脉冲的强度波动引起的自相位调制,线宽发生了不同程度的展宽。In order to achieve stable narrow linewidth and high-power laser output,an Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)co-doped narrow linewidth fiber laser based on cascade amplification is designed,its linewidth and stability are discussed in detail.The two-stage structure is adopted for amplifier to decrease the spontaneous emission noise of final output,and the single clad Er^(3+)doped fiber is adopted for pre-amplifier as gain medium.The double clad Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)co-doped is adopted for the master amplifier.Experimental results show that the changes of stabilities for laser outputs cannot be monitored obvious clearly,while the laser is amplified by various amplifiers.However,due to the relaxation oscillation and the self-phase modulation which result by the intensity fluctuation of self-pulsation,the different levels of linewidth broadening are observed.
