摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis, RA)是一种以关节滑膜炎为特征的慢性自身免疫性疾病,致残率高,巨噬细胞在RA的起病进展中起着关键作用。活化的巨噬细胞高度表达转运蛋白(transporter protein, TSPO),TSPO是位于线粒体外膜的具有5个跨膜结构域的多功能蛋白,因此特异性靶向巨噬细胞TSPO受体示踪剂可能成为早期诊断RA的理想靶点。本文拟对靶向巨噬细胞的TSPO受体系列分子探针作为RA的分子影像标志物进行逐一综述,旨在为后续开展的TSPO受体靶向RA的相关研究提供实验研究依据和思路。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by joint synovitis and has a high disability rate,and macrophages play a key role in the development and progression of RA.Transporter protein(TSPO),a multifunctional protein with 5 transmembrane domains located on the outer membrane of mitochondria,is highly expressed in activated macrophages.Therefore,TSPO receptor tracers specifically targeting macrophages may become an ideal target for the early diagnosis of RA.This article reviews the TSPO receptor tracers targeting macro⁃phages as molecular imaging markers for RA,so as to provide an experimental basis and new ideas for subsequent studies on TSPO receptors targeting RA.
