摘 要:目的:探讨柠檬提取物和水飞蓟素对急性酒精性肝损伤大鼠模型的保护作用。方法:将45只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分成5组:空白组、模型组、水飞蓟素组、柠檬提取物组、联用组,每组9只。检测大鼠血清中ALT、AST含量,肝组织中MDA的含量及SOD的活力;HE染色观察肝组织病理改变。结果:与模型组相比,联用组血清ALT、AST含量明显下降、肝组织匀浆液中MDA含量降低、SOD活力升高、肝脏系数降低、肝脂肪变性明显减轻,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);水飞蓟素组和柠檬提取物组血清ALT、AST含量明显下降(P <0.05),水飞蓟素组肝组织匀浆液中MDA含量降低(P <0.05)。与单用柠檬提取物组相比,联合组大鼠血清中ALT、AST含量下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:单独应用柠檬提取物对肝脏的保护作用较弱,而联合应用柠檬提取物和水飞蓟素对保护肝脏有一定的协同作用。Objective:To explore the protective effects of lemon extract and silymarin against acute alcoholic liver injury in rats.Methods:Forty-five adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups:blank group,model group,silymarin group,lemon extract group,and combination group(silymarin lemon extract),(n=9 in each group).The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in serum and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in liver tissues were mea⁃sured.Hematoxylin and eosin staining was performed to observe the pathological changes of liver tissues.Results:Compared with the model group,the combination group had significantly decreased serum ALT and AST levels,sig⁃nificantly increased SOD activity and significantly decreased MDA content in liver tissue homogenate,and signifi⁃cantly decreased liver coefficient and liver steatosis(P<0.05).The serum levels of ALT and AST in the silymarin group and lemon extract group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the MDA content in liver tissue homogenate of the silymarin group also decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the lemon extract group,the combination group had significantly greater reductions in the serum levels of ALT and AST(P<0.05).Conclusion:The protec⁃tive effect of lemon extract alone on the liver is weak,while the combined application of lemon extract and silymarin has a synergistic effect in protecting the liver.
