摘　　要：目的:探讨异常体动脉供血正常肺组织的CT表现,提高对本病影像表现的认识,减少误诊、漏诊。方法:回顾性分析本中心2例及文献报道的105例异常体动脉供血正常肺组织患者的影像资料。结果:所有病例均可见异常体动脉,104例起源于胸主动脉,2例起源于腹腔干,1例起源于胸降主动脉及腹腔干;49例受累肺段肺组织密度正常,38例受累肺段呈磨玻璃密度,少数病例可见实变影;3例相应肺动脉缩小,1例不明确受累肺段是否有肺动脉供应,103例肺动脉缺如;所有病例受累肺段支气管树及肺静脉回流正常。结论:异常体动脉供血正常肺组织典型CT表现为异常体动脉供应支气管分布、肺静脉回流正常的肺组织,受累肺段密度多正常或呈磨玻璃密度,相应肺叶/段动脉缺如或缩小,可通过增强CT确诊。Objective:To investigate the CT findings of anomalous systemic arterial supply to the normal lung,and to improve the understanding of the imaging findings of this disease and reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagno⁃sis.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed for the imaging data of 2 patients with anomalous systemic ar⁃terial supply to the normal lung in our center and 105 patients reported in literature.Results:The anomalous sys⁃temic artery was observed in all patients and originated from the thoracic aorta in 104 patients,the celiac axis in 2 patients,and the descending thoracic aorta and the celiac axis in 1 patient.Among these patients,49 had normal den⁃sity and 38 had ground-glass density of lung tissue in the affected lung segment,with consolidation observed in a few patients.Of all patients,3 had reduced pulmonary artery,1 had uncertain pulmonary arterial supply in the affect⁃ed lung segment,and 103 had absence of the pulmonary artery.All patients had normal bronchial tree and pulmo⁃nary vein reflux in the affected lung segment.Conclusion:Typical CT manifestations of anomalous systemic arterial supply to the normal lung include lung tissue with normal distribution of bronchus and pulmonary venous reflux sup⁃plied by an anomalous systemic artery,mostly normal or ground-glass density in the affected lung segment,and ab⁃sent or reduced artery of corresponding pulmonary lobe/segment,and this disease can be diagnosed by contrast-en⁃hanced computed tomography.
