成都市60岁以上糖尿患者居家养老护理需求及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨成都市60岁以上糖尿病老人居家养老护理需求及影响因素,为完善糖尿病老人居家养老护理服务提供参考依据。方法采用简单随机抽样方法,抽取成都市5个社区60岁以上糖尿病老年人作为研究对象并采用问卷调查,回收有效问卷210份。数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析,糖尿患者居家养老需求影响因素分析采用Logistic回归分析。结果60岁以上糖尿患者有居家护理需求为201人,占95.71%;其中在健康监测方面,需求前3位分别为血糖血压监测(92.38%)、定期健康体检(90%)和协助医生诊断疾病(79.05%);在健康指导方面,需求前3位分别为糖尿病相关知识讲座(68.57%)、健康知识讲座(66.19%)和口服用药安全指导(63.33%);临床护理方面,需求前3位分别为糖尿患者定期随访服务(70.48%)、康复护理(65.24%)和急救护理(61.9%)。年龄和文化程度是糖尿患者居家养老护理需求的重要影响因素。结论社区糖尿病老人居家养老护理需求较大。年龄和文化程度是60岁以上糖尿患者居家养护理需求的影响因素。Objective To investigate the nursing need of home-based elderly care and its influencing factors for the diabetes mellitus(DM)patients over 60 years old in Chengdu,so as to provide references for the improvement of home-based elderly care for the elderly with DM.Methods The DM patients over 60 years old in 5 community of Chengdu were selected as the research objects by the simple random sampling method to make a questionnaire survey.And a total of 210 valid questionnaires were collected.The data were analyzed by the statistical software SPSS 20.0 and the influencing factors of the home-based nursing needs were analyzed by the Logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 201 DM patients over 60 years old(95.71%)had the need for home-based care.The needs with the top three rates were blood glucose and blood pressure monitoring(92.38%),regular physical examination(90%)and assistance to diagnose diseases for doctors(79.05%)in health monitoring,DM-related lectures(68.57%),health-related lectures(66.19%)and safety instruction of oral medication(63.33%)in health guidance,and regular follow-up service for DM patients(70.48%),rehabilitation care(65.24%)and emergency care(61.9%)in clinical nursing.Age and education levels were the important factors influencing the home-based nursing needs for the elderly with DM.Conclusion The home-based nursing needs are great among the elderly with DM in communities.Age and educational levels are the influencing factors of the homebased nursing needs for the DM patients over 60 years old.
