摘  要:舰船蒸汽管路在工作中受力复杂,为了避免应力破坏需要进行柔性设计。本文按照柔性设计的方法和原则,建立舰船典型蒸汽管路模型,分别进行刚性设计和柔性设计状态下的管点合位移、合力及合力矩仿真。分析结果表明:蒸汽管路的柔性设计减少刚性设计管点受力最大值,但没有改变管点的受力趋势,支撑点附近的合力依然较支撑点中部位置管点大;柔性设计为蒸汽管路提供了更大的位移补偿,能够有效降低管路管点,特别是支撑点附近的合力矩。分析结果对舰船蒸汽管路设计时的布置和固定具有一定的指导意义。Flexibility design is used to ship steam pipe to avoid stress destroy due to complexity force load.In this paper,a typical ship steam pipe model is built in accordance with the method and principal of flexibility design,and combined displacement,force and moment of pipe nodes are simulated under the condition of rigid and flexibility design respectively.The analytical result shows that flexibility design reduces the maximum peak of the force under the rigid design for pipe nodes while the force trend does not change,and combined force around the support nodes is still bigger than the middle position.Flexibility design provides more displacement compensation for steam pipe to decrease combined moment of pipe nodes,especially support nodes.The analytical result can provide a certain reference for the layout and fixation of ship steam pipe.
