摘 要:设计合成了2个基于二聚咔唑为电子供体的新型光敏剂TZ101与TZ102。在TZ101的苯并噻三唑(BTZ)基团处引入2个氟原子,利用紫外-可见光谱、电化学分析、密度泛函理论计算等探究氟原子对于光敏剂以及染料敏化太阳能电池光电性能的影响。结果表明,氟原子的引入提高了染料TZ101的摩尔消光系数以及电池在350~450 nm处单色光转换效率(IPCE),进而提高了电池的光电流。由于引入的二聚咔唑实现了供体与电解质能级的匹配,基于2个染料的器件开路电压均达到了1.1 V。最终基于TZ101器件获得了5.1%的光电转换效率,大于TZ102的4.7%。TZ101 and TZ102,two kinds of new sensitizers,are designed and synthesized based on indolo [2,3-b]carbazole as electron donors.Two sensitizers share almost the same structure except two fluorine atoms are inserted into the benzothiatriazole( BTZ) group of TZ101.Effects of fluorine atoms on the sensitizer and the photoelectric performance for dye sensitized solar cells( DSSCs) are investigated by UV-Vis absorbance spectra,electrochemical analysis,and density functional theory calculation( DFT).It is shown that the addition of fluorine atoms increases the molar extinction coefficient of TZ101 and the incident photon-to-electron conversion efficiency( IPCE) of DSSCs in the range from350 nm to 450 nm,which leads to an improved photocurrent.The open-circuit voltage( Voc) of DSSCs based on TZ101 and TZ102 both reaches 1. 1 V because the energy level matching between donor and electrolyte is realized due to the addition of indolo [2,3-b] carbazole. Finally,the device based on TZ101 achieves a power conversion efficiency of5. 1%,which is higher than the 4. 7% of that based on TZ102.
