摘  要:目的探讨优质护理对长期低剂量电离辐射致甲状腺异常的干预效果。方法选取2016年3月-2017年5月在我院职业健康检查中发现甲状腺异常且长期接受低剂量电离辐射的本院职工90例为对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理干预,比较两组干预前后的甲状腺功能及对护理服务的满意度。结果对照组血清中促甲状腺素(TSH)水平高于观察组(P<0.05),而其抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)及甲状腺过氧化酶抗体(TPOAb)水平低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组对护理处理的满意度要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能有效维持因长期低剂量电离辐射致甲状腺异常的放射工作人员的甲状腺功能,并可提高对护理干预的满意度。Objective To explore the intervention effect of quality nursing on thyroid abnormity induced by long-term low-dose ionization radiation.Methods A total of 90 staff with long-term low-dose ionization radiation,who was found to have thyroid abnormity in a hospital from March 2016 to May 2017,were involved in this study.These patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given traditional nursing,while those in the observation group underwent quality nursing.Thyroid function was compared between the two group before and after intervention and the satisfactory rate of nursing was also compared.Results Serum TSH level in the control group was significantly higher than the observation group(P<0.05),but the level of TGAb and TPOAb was much lower(P<0.05).The satisfactory rate of nursing in the observation group was much higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Quality nursing could effectively maintain the thyroid function in radiation workers with thyroid abnormity induced by long-term low dose ionization radiation and increase the nursing satisfactory.
