摘　　要：目的探究XRCC7基因型分布与尘肺发病风险的关系,为进一步阐明尘肺病的发生发展以及防治提供新的依据。方法采用病例对照的研究方法,分别收集尘肺病病例组(72例)和对照组(46例)的个人相关资料,采集外周血样本并提取DNA,利用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析技术(PCR-RFLP),分析XRCC7基因型GG、GT、TT多态性以及等位基因G、T分布的差异。结果XRCC7基因三种基因型(GG、GT、TT),等位基因G和T在病例组和对照组中的频率分布比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.761,P<0.05;χ^(2)=5.359,P<0.05);基因型GG和混合基因型GT+TT在病例组和对照组中的分布频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论XRCC7多态性与尘肺病的发病风险可能无关。Objective To explore the relationship between the PRKDC(XRCC7)polymorphism and the risk for pneumoconiosis in order to provide new clues for the pathological progress,prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis.Methods Case-control study was employed to collect personal related information both in case group and control group.Peripheral blood samples were collected to extract DNA.The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)method was used to detect the XRCC7 gene GG,GT,TT polymorphisms and distribution difference of the allele G and allele T.Results There was statistical significance in the distributions of XRCC7 gene GG,GT,TT genotypes between the case group and the control group(χ^(2)=6.761,P<0.05),and of allele G and allele T between the case group and the control group as well(χ^(2)=5.359,P<0.05).However,no statistical significance was found in the distribution of genotype GG and mixed genotype GT+TT between the case group and the control group.Conclusion No relationship is found between XRCC7 polymorphism and the risk of pneumoconiosis.
