摘　　要：南宁龙岗商务中心区作为南宁战略发展的市级商业中心,在商务功能区迅速集聚扩展过程中出现了配置过剩、人气不足等问题。文章以南宁五象新区龙岗商务中心区控制性详细规划的修编实践为例,总结其在商务空间功能复合、地下空间挖潜、公共服务设施配置及城市整体形象塑造方面的经验,以期为其他城市在盘活商务区存量用地、重建各功能区凝聚力、引导商务区空间结构的可持续发展方面提供借鉴。As a strategic urban commercial center,Longgang central business district has problems of over configuration and weak popularity in its development.With Longgang central business district regulatory plan as an example,the paper concludes its experience in complex function,underground space development,public service configuration,and general image building,and provides a reference for other business districts in land use activation,rebuilding functional cohesion,and sustainable spatial development.
