摘  要:总结国内外对氮素吸收利用效率的评价,探讨植物吸收利用氮素的生理过程及分子机制,重点从土壤因素、氮肥施用、黑麦草与其他作物间作或套作种植、黑麦草品种基因型、碳源的积累与分配和植物内源激素方面阐明影响黑麦草氮素吸收利用效率的因素,并对今后研究做出展望,以期为通过改进栽培措施和分子育种等方式提高黑麦草氮素利用率提供指导,实现低投入高收益。This paper summarized the evaluation of nitrogen absorption and utilization efficiency of ryegrass,discussed the physiological process and molecular mechanism of nitrogen absorption and utilization by plants.The factors influencing nitrogen absorption and utilization efficiency of ryegrass were mainly discussed from soil factors,nitrogen fertilizer application,intercropping of ryegrass with other crops,genotypes of ryegrass cultivars,accumulation and distribution of carbon sources and endogenous hormones,and the future research was expected to provide guidance for improving nitrogen use efficiency of ryegrass by improving cultivation measures and molecular breeding,so as to realize the economic value of low investment and high yield.
