摘  要:太湖隧道是国内目前在建最长、最宽的水下现浇隧道,由于温度收缩和自收缩,超长、大体积、分次浇筑的现浇隧道结构混凝土极易在施工期产生贯穿性收缩裂缝,抑制贯穿性收缩裂缝实现不渗漏是打造平安百年品质工程的重要保障。在考虑材料、结构、环境、施工等因素的基础上采用多场耦合收缩模型进行抗裂性评估与设计,通过温度场与变形历程双重调控、配套相应养护措施实现了混凝土开裂风险全过程精准调控,形成了集管理、设计、材料、施工、验收闭环控制的长效机制。截止目前,工程应用表明已浇筑混凝土未出现贯穿性收缩裂缝,最长已超过13个月,达到预期目标。Taihu Lake tunnel is the longest and widest cast in situ tunnel under water in China upon its completion,due to the temperature shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage,this cast in situ tunnel with the construction condition of super long,massive and casted by step is vulnerable to penetrating shrinkage cracking during construction period.Hence,inhibiting penetrating shrinkage crack of concrete to realize no leakage is the basic guarantee to creat a hundred years of safety and quality engineering.On the basis of factors including materials,structure,environment and construction,a multi-field coupling crack model was adopted to evaluate and design concrete crack resistance,the cracking risk was accurate regulated by dual regulation on temperature and deformation process and the matched maintenance measures,then the closed loop control of long-term mechanism including management,design,materials,construction and acceptance was established to service engineering.To date,application indicated that the proposed solutions could satisfactorily prevent cracks,and no cracks were monitored and observed in at least 13 months.
