摘　　要：长期以来,广西林业类事业单位公务用车存在运行成本高、公车私用、超编制超标准配备使用车辆、使用效率低等问题。虽然在国、区两级政策的指导下,广西林业类事业单位通过体制改革,公车私用、配备不合理、使用效率低等现象有所改善,但车辆运行成本高的问题仍然突出。本文就林业类事业单位公务车辆运行成本过高的问题原因进行了分析,借鉴社会企业普遍使用私车公用的策略,探索广西林业类事业单位公车改革的途径,以期为林业类事业单位公车改革提供有益借鉴。For a long time,the official vehicles of forestry institutions in Guangxi have problems such as high operating costs,private use of public vehicles,vehicles with over-established and over-standard equipment,and low use efficiency.Although under the guidance of national and district policies,Guangxi forestry institutions have improved their private use of public vehicles,unreasonable equipment,and low efficiency through institutional reforms,but the problem of high vehicle operating costs is still prominent.This article analyzes the reasons for the excessively high operating costs of official vehicles in forestry institutions,draws on the strategy of social enterprises in the widespread use of private cars for public use,and explores ways to reform the public vehicles of forestry institutions in Guangxi,with a view to providing useful reference for the reform of public vehicles in forestry institutions.
