摘　　要：本文通过介绍宁波市鄞州区的停车现状,分析了其停车发展的"瓶颈"和原因,结合智慧停车管理模式和"万达片区"智慧停车试点项目,提出了该区域实施智慧停车管理的对策和建议。This article introduces the parking situation in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City,analyzes the"bottleneck"and reasons for its parking development,and combines the smart parking management model and the smart parking pilot project in the"Wanda area"to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of smart parking management in this area.
