摘 要:目的:探讨血Th9细胞及相关因子IL-9,IL-4,IL-5在过敏性鼻炎患者中的表达。方法:选取2019年10月—2020年3月就诊于我院的过敏性鼻炎患者68例,列为鼻炎组,同时选取同期于我院做健康体检的68例作为健康组。对两组患者的IL-9,IL-4,IL-5进行检测,对比分析其在过敏性鼻炎患者中的表达,同时对鼻炎组患者IL-9,IL-4,IL-5做相关性分析。结果:鼻炎组患者IL-9,IL-4,IL-5三种指标均高于健康组,且每项指标对比均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);对鼻炎组患者IL-9,IL-4,IL-5的相关性分析,结果显示三种指标两两呈正相关性,且两两对比均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:IL-9,IL-4,IL-5均参与过敏性鼻炎的发病,且鼻炎组患者的T h9细胞过度表达,三种相关因子均呈现正相关性,检测T h9细胞及IL-9,IL-4,IL-5相关性因子均可作为过敏性鼻炎检测的相关参考依据。Objective To investigate the expression of blood Th9 cells and related factors IL-9,IL-4,IL-5 in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 68 patients with allergic rhinitis who visited our hospital from October 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects,as the rhinitis group.A total of 68 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group.IL-9,IL-4 and IL-5 were detected by"double sandwich ELISA".The indexes of the two groups were compared,and the correlation analysis was performed at the same time.Results The three indexes in the rhinitis group were all higher than those in the healthy group,all of which had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of Th9 cells and IL-9,IL-4,IL-5 correlation factors can be used as relevant reference and basis for the detection of allergic rhinitis.
