摘　　要：目的:调查某高校医学生对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的认知、态度和行为现状,为高校开学制定疫情防控策略和开展健康教育提供依据。方法:自行设计调查表,通过问卷星调查某高校医学生。结果:共回收问卷1543份,有效问卷1541份,有效应答率为99.87%。医学生在COVID-19命名、宿主、传染病管理类别、杀毒方法方面,各年级间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在传播途径、易感人群、防护措施、主要症状、对政府采取的政策及面对疫情的紧张程度方面,各专业和各年级间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在吃野味行为方面,疫情前各专业间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疫情后各专业和各年级间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:医学生对COVID-19相关知识总体上认知有限,有较大的学习空间。各年级间认知存在差异,各专业间差异不大,高校应有针对性地开展健康教育。Objective:By investigating the knowledge,attitude and behavior of medical students toward COVID-19 in one of the Chinese universities,the epidemic prevention and control strategies and health education will be provided for the coming semester.Methods:The self-designed questionnaires have been filled in by medical students in the university.Results:1543 questionnaires were collected,among which 1541 were valid,with an effective response rate of 99.87%.In terms of naming,hosting,infectious disease management category,and antivirus methods about COVID-19,there was statistically significances among medical students of different grades(P<0.05);In terms of transmission route,susceptible population,protective measures,major symptoms,government measures and attitude in the face of the epidemic(P>0.05),there was no statistically significance in medical students of different majors and grades(P>0.05);In terms of the behavior of eating wild animals,there was statistically significance among medical students of different majors and different grades(P<0.05)before the epidemic(P<0.05)and no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)after the outbreak.Conclusions:Generally speaking,medical students have limited knowledge of COVID-19,so they should learn more about it.There are differences among medical students of different grades and among different majors,so colleges and universities should carry out health education.
