摘  要:本文通过对大型低温储罐的保冷结构进行分析,从储罐各个部分漏热原理出发,通过公式推导计算提供了验证大型双壁低温储罐保冷设计可靠性的方法。此外,考虑夏季太阳辐射导致储罐表面温度升高对储罐漏热的影响,提供了大型低温储罐日蒸发率的计算方法,并通过实例进行验证。This paper analyzes the cold insulation structure of large cryogenic storage tank,starts from the principle of heat leakage in each part of the storage tank,and provides a method to verify the reliability of the cold insulation design of large double-wall cryogenic storage tanks through formula derivation and calculation.In addition,considering the effect of the higher surface temperature of the storage tank caused by the summer solar radiation on the heat leakage of the storage tank.It also provides the calculation method of the daily evaporation rate of the large cryogenic storage tank,which is verified by examples.
