摘　　要：本文对二硝基甲苯(DNT)储罐伴热系统的可靠性进行分析,对断电、蒸汽中断等异常情况发生及可能产生的后果进行分析后,提出工艺设计优化方案,有效提高二硝基甲苯储罐伴热系统的可靠性,提高二硝基甲苯储存的安全性。This paper analyzes the reliability of the heat tracing system of dinitrotoluene(DNT)storage tanks.After analyzing the occurrence and possible consequences of abnormal conditions such as power failure,steam interruption etc.,the process design optimization scheme is proposed to effectively improve the reliability of heat tracing system of dinitrotoluene(DNT)storage tank and the safety of dinitrotoluene storage.
