摘　　要：基于对混合理论的研究以及渣油与煤粉混合特点的分析,针对性地设计了一种用于煤粉与渣油混合的混捏机。该混捏机的结构很好地实现了分散混合能力、分布混合能力及停留时间几个因素的结合,解决了煤粉与渣油混合不均的问题,最终得到混合均匀的油煤浆。Based on the study of mixing theory and the analysis of the mixing characteristics of residual oil and pulverized coal,a kind of kneader for mixing pulverized coal and residual oil is designed.The structure of the kneader well realizes the combination of dispersing mixing capacity,distributing mixing capacity and residence time.It solves the problem of uneven mixing of pulverized coal and residual oil,and finally obtains the uniformly mixed coal-oil slurry.
