摘  要:中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司尿素生产工艺采用荷兰卡邦工艺包,其中尿素高压甲铵泵为高压系统输入一定浓度的甲铵液,是整个工艺系统重要的机泵组成,该泵电机为10kV高压电机,是尿素装置中耗电量较高的动设备之一,其电能的消耗较大。从2015年投产至今该机泵的运行电流值高于设计值,若能找到影响电流值偏高的原因进而优化操作,达到电流降低的目的,就能在一定程度上节约电能的消耗,降低吨尿素的耗电量,有利于生产成本的控制。The carban process package of Holland is adopted in the urea production process of CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,in which the urea high-pressure ammonium carbamate pump is an important pump component of the whole process system,and the pump motor is a 10kv High-voltage Motor,which is one of the high power consumption dynamic equipment in the urea plant,and its power consumption is large.Since it was put into operation in 2015,the running current value of the pump is higher than the design value.If we can find out the reasons that affect the high current value,and then optimize the operation to reduce the current,we can save the power consumption to a certain extent,reduce the power consumption of tons of urea,which is conducive to the control of production cost.
