摘　　要：农村人畜饮水工程是国家精准扶贫方略中的重要组成部分。农村人畜饮水工程建设的完成可有效解决农村人畜饮水困难,释放农村劳动力,激活农村社会经济发展,体现社会主义制度的优越性。Drinking water projects for people and livestock in rural areas are an important part of the country's targeted poverty alleviation strategy.The completion of rural people and livestock drinking water project can effectively solve the drinking water difficulties in rural people and livestock,release rural labor force,activate rural social and economic development,and reflect the superiority of the socialist system.
