摘 要:以HZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,均苯四甲酸二酐和正丁醇为原料合成均苯四甲酸四丁酯绿色表面活性剂,考察了一步晶化法和两步晶化法对分子筛结构和性能的影响,并对反应温度、时间、催化剂用量、醇酐摩尔比等工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:两步晶化法制备的HZSM-5分子筛结晶度高,晶粒尺寸小且规整;较佳反应工艺条件为:反应温度220 oC,反应时间6 h,催化剂用量5%,醇酐摩尔比7∶1。在此条件下,均酐转化率达93%。Pyromellitic dianhydride reacted with n-butanol to produce a green surfactant of tetrabutyl pyromellitate using a HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst.The effects of the one-step crystallization and two-step crystallization on the structure and performance of the molecular sieve were investigated.The reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosage,alcohol-anhydride ratio and other process conditions were optimized.The results show that the HZSM-5 prepared by two-step crystallization has high crystallinity,small grain size and regular grain size.Under the better conditions:220 oC reaction temperature,6 h reaction time,5%of the catalyst,7∶1 of the ratio of alcohol to anhydride,the conversion of pyromellitic dianhydride was 93%.
