口服克洛己新与头孢拉定干混悬剂治疗儿童急性咽扁桃体炎的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:对比口服克洛己新干混悬剂与头孢拉定治疗儿童急性咽扁桃体炎的效果。方法:选取2018年10月—2019年12月在我院接受治疗的94例急性咽扁桃体炎患儿,采取随机分组的方式将其分为对照组与研究组各47例,对照组患儿采取头孢拉定干混悬剂治疗,研究组患儿采取克洛己新干混悬剂治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果以及治疗前后炎性因子水平变化情况。结果:研究组患儿治疗总有效率为95.74%,对照组患儿治疗总有效率为78.72%,研究组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿IL-6、IgG4、TNF-α等指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对儿童急性咽扁桃体炎患儿采取克洛己新干混悬剂治疗,能有效提高临床疗效,降低机体炎性反应,值得临床应用。Objective To compare and analyze the effect of oral Cefaclor and Bromhexine Hydrochloride for Suspension and cephradine in treatment of children with acute pharyngeal tonsillitis.Methods 94 cases of children with acute pharyngeal tonsillitis and who treated in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group by the random grouping methods.The control group was treated with Cefradine Dry Suspension,and the study group was treated with Cefaclor and Bromhexine Hydrochloride for Suspension.Then,the treatment effect and the changes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment of two groups of children were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 95.74%in the study group and 78.72%in the control group.The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in IL-6,IGG4,TNF-αand other indicators between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The Cefaclor and Bromhexine Hydrochloride for Suspension in treatment of children with acute pharyngeal tonsillitis which can effectively improve the clinical effect and reduce the inflammatory response of the body,thus it is worth promoting in the clinical.
