摘  要:婴幼儿眼底病的早期诊断和治疗对于减少疾病损害,挽救视力和视功能具有重要的意义。广角数码视网膜成像系统(Retcam)荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)功能的开发和应用,使FFA技术得以在婴幼儿眼底疾病领域大显身手,不但在婴幼儿眼底血管疾病的诊疗中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,对先天性视网膜劈裂、牵牛花综合征、视网膜母细胞瘤、视网膜和视网膜色素上皮联合错构瘤等非血管性眼底疾病的诊疗也有一定的临床价值。FFA可提供更多关于视网膜血液灌注、血管病变及新生血管等视网膜微循环情况的细节,有利于准确掌握病变部位及范围等信息,为疾病的鉴别诊断和治疗方案的制定提供有力的支持。Early diagnosis and treatment of infantile fundus disease is of great significance to reduce disease damage and save visual acuity and visual function.Wide-angle digital imaging system(Retcam)retinal fluorescein fundus angiography(FFA)features of the development and application,make FFA technique is able to play a prominent role in the field of infant fundus disease,not only in retinal vascular disease diagnosis and treatment of infant play an irreplaceable important role in the congenital retinal splitting,morning glory syndrome,retinoblastoma,combined hamartoma of the retina and retinal pigment epithelium vascular fundus diseases have some clinical value of diagnosis and treatment.FFA can provide more details of retinal microcirculation,such as retinal blood perfusion,vascular lesions and neovascularization,and help us accurately grasp the location and scope of lesions,so as to provide strong support for the differential diagnosis of diseases and the formulation of treatment plans.
