桥巩水电站黑启动电源设计

摘　　要：针对红水河桥巩水电站出现过全部机组停运的情况,论述了新增柴油发电机组作为黑启动电源的必要性。介绍了黑启动电源系统的布置和接入方式、结构和功能,提出了黑启动柴油机组的控制和保护措施。新增黑启动电源已稳定运行一年,提高了桥巩水电站保安电源的可靠性,确保了桥巩水电站的供电安全。Qiaogong Hydropower Station on Hongshui River had ever seen all generator units shut off.In view of this situation,the author discussed the necessity of increasing new diesel generator set as the power source of black start.An introduction was made on the arrangement,connecting mode,structure and function of black start power source system,the control and protection measures of diesel generator set.The new black start power source has operated stably for one year which upgrade the reliability of security power supply and ensure the power supply safety of Qiaogong Hydropower Station.
