摘　　要：涉警网络舆情引导是公安新闻宣传工作的重要组成部分。优化涉警网络舆情引导机制,有助于维护公安机关的良好形象、构建和谐警民关系。融媒体时代,网络舆情的拟态性特点、“两个舆论场”格局和公安工作的特殊敏感性都决定了公安机关需要对涉警网络舆情进行有效引导。进一步提高公安机关网络舆情引导能力,需要建立包括预防机制、运行机制与保障机制在内的涉警网络舆情引导机制,构建跨部门涉警网络舆情处置协同机制,有效引导社会力量营造正面的、积极的涉警网络舆论氛围。The guidance of the online police-related public opinion is an important part of public security work.The optimization of the guidance mechanism of online police-related public opinion is of great significance to establish a good image of public security organs,to maintain social harmony and stability,and to build a harmonious relationship between the police and the people.In the era of media integration,the mimicry characteristics of online public opinion,the pattern of“two public opinion fields”and the special status of public security work determine the necessity of the positive guidance of the online police-related public opinion.To better improve the ability of public security organs in this respect,there is an urgent need to establish a guidance mechanism of online police-related public opinion,including prevention mechanism,operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.Meanwhile,an inter-departmental cooperation mechanism is also needed for the effective participation of social forces to create a positive online atmosphere of police-related public opinion.
